Excavator rotation function detection


 Hydraulic excavator is akind of multi-functional machine. It is widely used in hydraulic engineering,transportation, electric power engineering and mining and other mechanicalconstruction. It is reducing the heavy manual labor and ensuring the quality ofthe project. Speeding up construction and increasing labor productivity play avery important role. Because hydraulic excavators are characterized by manyvarieties, versatility, high quality and high efficiency, they are favored bythe majority of construction units. The manufacturing industry of hydraulicexcavators is also booming.

 

  First, thepreparation work:

 

  1. Check thelubrication of the slewing gear and the slewing bearing.

 

  2. Park theexcavator on a flat, sturdy ground with sufficient swing space. Do not do thischeck on the slope.

 

  3. Extend the armand the bucket is turned in to maintain the height of the bucket, that is, theconnecting pin of the bucket and the foot pin at the lower end of the boom arekept at the same height. The bucket must be empty.

 

  4. Keep thetemperature of the hydraulic oil at 50±5°C (122±90F)

 

  Note:To prevent personal injury. Be sure to clean the site before starting themeasurement, and the people involved in the work should leave the swing area.

 

  Second,measurement:

 

  1. Select thelocation of each of the following switches:

 

  Engine controldial: maximum position

 

  E mode switch: OFF

 

  HP mode switch: OFF

 

  Work mode selector:general purpose mode

 

  Auto-slow switch:OFF

 

  2. Push the swinglever to the full stroke.

 

  3. Measure the timerequired to turn 3 turns in the same direction.

 

  4. Repeat steps 2to 4 3 times and calculate the average value.

 

  5. Push the swivellever all the way to the opposite direction and measure the time required tomake 3 turns.

 

  Third, theinspection of the swing function drift

 

  measuring:

 

  1. Select thelocation of each of the following switches:

 

  Engine controldial: maximum position

 

  E mode switch: OFF

 

  HP mode switch: OFF

 

  Work mode selector:general purpose mode

 

  Automatic one slowswitch: OFF

 

  2. Measure thedistance between the two marks.

 

  3. Realign the markand turn 180. , check the opposite direction.

 

  4. Repeat steps 3through 5 three times each and calculate the average value.

 

  5.Push the swing lever to the full stroke and turn 180. When the mark of theupper swing platform is aligned with the mark on the track stand, the controllever is returned to the neutral position.
